Directions for use: Daily, mix one sachet with 200ml of water (or in a shaker) and drink. Contains collagen hydrolysate, turmeric, astaxanthin, glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, and vitamin C, which contribute to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage and bone function. Copper and manganese contribute to normal connective tissue formation. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function. With sweetener and citrus flavor.
