Shampoo: Work a quarter-sized amount of the shampoo between your palms to form a lather. Apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp, starting at the nape and working the lather into the ends. Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: Rub a quarter-sized amount of conditioner into your palms and apply to wet hair from mid-shaft to ends; leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Density Booster: In damp or dry hair, divide into sections and spray directly onto the scalp. Massage gently and do not rinse. Use once daily.
