The Virshields Kids medical mask is a Class I medical device made of three layers: spunbond-meltblown-spunbond nonwoven fabric.

The inner layer is a nonwoven fabric designed to absorb moisture, including moisture released by the user. The outer layer is hydrophobic to protect the user from splashes. The filter layer in the middle is the most important part of the medical face mask, as it serves as a barrier against germs.

Additionally, the mask features a full plastic nose bridge (90 mm) and ear loops (3.2 mm elastic) to fit the mask to the user's face.

The pleated design allows the user to customize the mask to their facial shape.

The medical face mask is classified as Type I according to EN 14683:2019+AC:2019.

The Virshields medical mask is a non-sterile single-use medical product.

This device is breathable, reduces the risk of spreading infections, especially in epidemic or pandemic situations, and has been tested with a bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of 95%.

Material: 100% polypropylene.

Color: Blue.

Care instructions: not washable.

Dimensions: approx. 145 x 95 mm.

Contents: 50 pieces.

This type of hygiene mask is recommended by the BAG in connection with Covid-19.
