In addition to the maximum recommended daily dose of magnesium (375 mg), the direct granulate also contains three important B vitamins (B6, B9 – folic acid, and B12). Veractiv Magnesium Direct+ with a fruity orange flavor is ideal for stressed muscles and nerves. The orange-flavored direct granulate sticks are suitable for consumption without water. Each stick contains not only the daily dose of magnesium but also the three essential vitamins B6, B9 (folic acid), and B12. Only 1 stick daily from the age of 3.
