VeLife Omega 3 Algal Oil (100ml)

The purely plant-based Omega 3 algal oil from Velife provides a high amount of the two essential omega fatty acids "EPA" and "DHA" in an optimal ratio (1:2). This vegan algal oil is the ideal alternative to conventional omega 3 oil, which is derived from fish. The valuable omega 3 fatty acids are sourced directly from algae, thus bypassing the fish, making it not only a much more ethical option but also clearly more health-recommended.

The oil is presented in the most bioavailable triglyceride form, has an excellently low Totox value of 2, and a very pleasant lemon-rosemary flavor.

Recommendation

Take one teaspoon (4 ml) daily with a meal.
