Instructions for use
Starting with the smallest size, the dilator is inserted into the vagina and remains there for several minutes. If one size can be inserted without discomfort, the next size should be inserted immediately. The exercises should be carried out in a relaxed sitting or lying position. Unless otherwise recommended by the doctor, the exercises should be repeated daily. When the insertion of the largest dilator is pain-free, sexual intercourse can be attempted.
