For women who are prone to skin irritation in the intimate area, regular use of a protective and nourishing ointment in the external intimate area is recommended. This can protect the skin from moisture and friction and thus prevent soreness. If the skin is already irritated, the ointment can help to soothe the skin more quickly. To avoid moisture build-up in the intimate area, an ointment with breathable properties should be used.
Vagisan Protective Ointment forms a water-repellent protective film that still allows the skin to breathe. In this way, the skin can be protected from skin-irritating influences and thus from becoming sore, without moisture build-up occurring.
If the skin is already reddened and irritated, the application of the ointment can help relieve the discomfort. The composition of oils and waxes of plant origin has a nourishing and slightly greasing effect. In addition, the ointment contains nature-identical substances, which are also contained in oats and chamomile. These substances are said to have a skin-soothing effect; natural ginger extract can counteract skin irritation.

Instructions for use | The ointment is applied thinly to the external genital area in the regularly affected areas and spread.
