The upswing fascia set includes the following items:

These fascia products are very well suited for self-treatment of the entire body. The back and chest muscles can be treated just as effectively as the legs or feet.

The Duo Fascia Ball combines two fascia balls to perfect the massage of the chest and cervical spine. Parallel muscle strands can thus be massaged not only simultaneously but also evenly.
