This new foam block roller for massage, yoga and Pilates has a slightly softer outer material and a different outer surface structure. The new Tunturi foam block roller (14TUSYO014) also has a hard inner roller and is ideal for self-massage as well as for massage by a therapist. This massage roller reaches areas that are difficult to access. You can also use this massage roller as a fascia trainer for workouts on the wall, floor or table. The special nubbed surface of this massage roller and the indentations in the longitudinal and transverse directions ensure an excellent massage effect. This massage roller loosens tension, hardening and adhesions in the connective tissue. The length of this roller is 61 cm and the diameter is 13 cm.
