The Tunturi EVA massage ball (14TUSYO064) is a lightweight massage ball that can be used before or after training. It can be used for support or fascia massage in various sports such as cycling, running, weightlifting and many others. Massages either help to warm up before training to activate the muscles or they have a positive effect on regeneration and shorten the recovery time after training. Using the massage ball is very simple: by rolling it over different muscle areas, tension can be released and the muscles activated. Pressure adjustments and wide or small movements change the massage sensation. The EVA material used is skin-friendly and comfortable. The massage ball from Tunturi is available in black.
