This ball, with a diameter of 12.5 cm, has been specifically designed for a pleasant deep tissue massage in large muscle groups that are often tense due to prolonged movement and sedentary activities. It is particularly suitable for a massage after work.

The layered construction of the ball creates varying levels of hardness during the massage depending on the pressure applied. This allows you to target your massage precisely and increases blood flow in the treated muscle area.
