How does the anti-stress ball work?

Thanks to the soft material, perfect pressure distribution is created over the entire palm of the hand. Ideal for balancing and relaxation exercises to relieve tension in the fingers, hands and forearms.

Thanks to the needle valve, the air filling can be adjusted individually and both the pressure and the size can be customised.
