The Togu Faszienrolle Actiroll Wave L is an air-filled yet firm roller that serves as a recovery tool for self-massage and relaxation. The Actiroll can be easily and infinitely adjusted to different hardness levels using the included hand pump. This makes the Actiroll perfect for achieving new progressions in application and for working with different individuals and requirements. Unlike foam rollers, there is no material fatigue. The air filling, combined with the firm surface of the product, creates an absorbing (rebounding) effect. This allows for pain-free rolling over joints and vertebrae without the risk of injury. The wave structure provides a gentler and more even massage effect.
