This allows targeted vibrations to be transmitted directly to the muscle, achieving particularly effective compression. Whether for stretching exercises, improving circulation, or enhancing mobility – the compression sleeve is the perfect companion for reducing muscle soreness and loosening tight muscles. The far infrared technology is also impressive: The Flowknit Fabric contains yarn infused with germanium, which naturally emits far infrared light.
