The Thera-Band foot roller is ideally suited for massage purposes as well as for stretching the plantar fascia, toes, and for pain treatment due to its ribbed surface structure. The ribbed surface further enhances the massage effect. It is made of natural rubber, making it completely non-slip and leaving no marks. After being cooled in the freezer, it even allows for cold therapy applications.
