The mask can be used hot or cold. With the new color-changing technology, you will know when the pack is ready for the 20 minutes of hot/cold therapy recommended by your doctor. Use heat therapy for muscle pain, joint stiffness, aches, and pre-workout activities, and cold therapy for sprains, bruises, inflammation, muscle tension, and post-workout activities.
