Instructions for use | Heating in the microwave. - Heat for 1 minute before first use and then allow to cool completely. - Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds - Shake the mask to distribute the linseed inside and the heat evenly - Check the temperature on the grey (silk) side (comfortable and not too hot) - Place the mask on your closed eyes for 5-10 minutes, preferably with the black (cooler) side.
