The Merchant of Venice Andalusian Soul

Andalusian Soul is a bold fragrance characterised by refined and fresh acacia scent, elegant and sensual vanilla and intense amber, further enriched by nuances of cistus and rum. The sublime blend of precious and fine raw materials is made even more fascinating by balsamic accords and aromatic sage. The alcoholic top notes are reminiscent of the drinks that were produced in Malaga in ancient times and were coveted in all European courts. The elegant bottle in shades of yellow and orange is reminiscent of the warm atmosphere of Morocco and southern Europe. Andalusian Soul is inspired by the Muda di Barbaria. The Muda di Barbaria travelled from Venice to Tripoli, Gerba and Tunis. From here it travelled to Malaga and then along the Spanish coast to Valencia and Tortosa. On this route, Venetian merchants imported valuable raw materials such as rosemary, savoury, cistus labdanum and the typical liqueurs of the Andalusian tradition.
