Instructions for use | Consume one ampoule once a day. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Note for diabetics: 1 ampoule corresponds to 0.16 BE. Instructions for use: Screw the cap tightly in a clockwise direction (see arrows on the cap) until the protective chamber opens and the lactic acid culture powder is released. Shake the ampoule well.
