The 6 billion lactic acid bacteria per capsule consist of a balanced combination of the three strains L. rhamnosus, L. reuteri, and L. plantarum. The strain L. rhamnosus is known for its resistance to stomach acid. The special capsule shell also provides protection against stomach acid. Additionally, the capsules contain inulin, a nutrient that nourishes the lactic acid bacteria.
