Each capsule contains 6 billion lactic acid bacteria made up of a balanced combination of the three strains L. rhamnosus, L. reuteri, and L. plantarum. The strain L. rhamnosus is known to be resistant to stomach acid. The special capsule shell provides additional protection against stomach acid. Additionally, the capsules contain inulin, a nutrient that nourishes the lactic acid bacteria.
