The 30 pairs of self-adhesive foot warmer pads keep your toes warm for up to 8 hours at an average temperature of 39° C. The thin and barely noticeable warmers fit into any shoe. They are made from iron powder, water, salt, activated carbon, and vermiculite. These materials heat up as soon as they come into contact with air, so no external power source is needed.
