Terraillon Dreamer

Dreamer is a sleep aid designed to facilitate falling asleep, developed in collaboration with the European Sleep Center. It offers two sleep programs, both utilizing red light. Red light does not inhibit the secretion of the melatonin sleep hormone, unlike blue light.

The first program, Heart Coherence (duration 15 minutes), includes breathing exercises recognized for relaxation and stress management. These exercises positively affect your heart rate and naturally promote wakefulness and sleep. Inhale as the brightness of the red light increases, and exhale as it decreases. This allows you to relax and fall asleep under optimal conditions.

The second program, Sunset (20 minutes), transitions orange tones into a warm red to help you drift off to sleep.

With Dreamer, you can create a personalized lighting atmosphere in your bedroom or brighten the night, with 16 million color shades to choose from. Thanks to touch interfaces, Dreamer is a very user-friendly device.

The Dreamer is compact and practical. It operates with a rechargeable USB battery (USB cable included), with a battery life of about a week, which corresponds to approximately 8 sleep cycles. This makes it easy to take the device anywhere.
