The VSP is a true institution at Takai Technology. This scissor owes its great success to its exclusive yet classic design. The VSP is universally applicable for straight cuts, slicing, and point cutting. Enrichi steel: Hitachi 440 stainless steel, enriched with vanadium and molybdenum. Vanadium provides hard blades (60° Rockwell, a unit of measurement for steel hardness) and increases their lifespan. Molybdenum enhances the anti-corrosion effect. Hamaguri grind: The scissor blades are concavely curved on the inside (hollow grind), and the convex edges feature a sequence of 7 cutting angles. This gives the Toucan scissors unparalleled sharpness, cutting longevity, and smooth operation. Precise adjustment of cutting pressure with the Micro-Disc adjustment wheel. Classic straight shape with a removable finger hook.
