With its exceptional design and large, very hard, 58 mm long cutting blades, the Toucan scissors are particularly effective for cutting dense, strong hair when creating curved contours, as well as for slicing and point cutting, ensuring perfect cutting performance. The V10 cobalt steel is Takai's latest super alloy, providing the V10 series scissors with optimal durability and lifespan. Hamaguri grind: The scissor blades are concavely curved on the inside (hollow grind), and the convex edges feature a series of 7 cutting angles. This gives the Toucan scissors unparalleled sharpness, edge retention, and smooth operation. Precise adjustment of cutting pressure is achieved with a screw mounted on a ball bearing. The ergonomic shape includes an integrated finger rest and anatomically angled thumb hole. The particularly wide and stable cutting blades ensure safe cutting, especially of full, strong hair. The lower blade tapers towards the tip for perfect slicing properties. These scissors are designed for right-handed users.
