Systane Ultra wetting drops

Systane Ultra wetting drops are preservative-free eye drops designed for contact lens wearers. Manufactured by Alcon, these drops provide eye refreshment for all contact lens users. Systane Ultra drops have a stable, neutral pH value and contain electrolytes similar to human tear fluid, which helps alleviate the symptoms of dry eyes.

These eye drops increase the retention time of natural tear fluid and form a protective film on the surface of the eye. When applied, the wetting fluid creates a thin protective layer over exposed eye tissue. The new preservative-free version combines the proven effectiveness of Systane Ultra with a formula that is well tolerated.

With a small wetting angle, Systane Ultra spreads quickly over the eye's surface, providing optimum moisturization and relief from dryness. The drops act as a moisturizer, reducing eye irritation associated with dryness and quickly alleviating symptoms. The formula is based on HP-Guar, which offers twice the lubricity of hyaluronic acid, providing rapid relief from irritated, burning, and dry eyes.
