Application:
For optimal results, the Swissdent toothbrush can be used three times a day for 2 minutes each time in combination with one of the Swissdent Whitening Toothpastes (Extreme, Nanowhitening, and Pure). As the toothbrush wears down, its effectiveness decreases and it should be replaced with a new one within three months.
