The cherry stone pillow is a time proven and ultra modern Swiss household remedy and a pleasant thermal store. The dry cherry stone stores heat, saves it and then gives it to the corresponding parts of the body.
The best approach is to heat the pillow in the microwave oven for approx. 1 min, or to warm it in the oven or tiled stove at 120°C (take care, wood burning stoves can be hotter). It is wash-fast at 60°C (gentle wash).
