Instructions for use | Adults (adolescents from 12 years): Take 1 teaspoon (5ml each) 2-3 times a day before or with food. Children: Take 1/2 coffee spoon (2.5ml each) 2-3 times a day before or with food. Tip: can also be mixed with fruit juice, the product tastes less sweet when stored in the refrigerator. We recommend a course of at least 2 months. A year-round intake is absolutely safe. Combination with other vital substance preparations or food supplements is possible.
