Electrolytes by Sponser is a refreshing, low-calorie electrolyte drink for sports and leisure. During training in the basic or fat metabolism range, or when following a calorie-conscious diet, a tailored, low carbohydrate intake is beneficial. This practically calorie-free thirst quencher comes in the form of an effervescent tablet and provides the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, and potassium to replace sweat losses during exercise. In particular, sodium is consumed in increased amounts during warm temperatures or longer training sessions. One effervescent tablet for 500-750 ml of sports drink delivers 400 mg of sodium. The sales unit comes in a practical, easily portable packaging and provides 10 servings of the drink.
