The softX fascia roller set is the complete wellness package for your fascia and connective tissue. With the help of the fascia rollers, you can specifically release stubborn tension and fascial adhesions. Before or after physical activity, you can effectively treat your muscles and fascia tissue with the softX fascia rollers: Before exercising, quick rolling movements with the fascia roller increase blood circulation in the muscles and individual muscle groups.
