Instructions for use
The throat spray is very easy to use before going to bed: Shake the bottle. Turn the spray tube to the side. Put your head back, give 3 sprays into the back of your throat, wait 20 seconds and only then swallow. Do not eat or drink after use (otherwise repeat the application). You should not drink alcohol for at least one hour before using snoreeze so as not to weaken the effect. 1 bottle is sufficient for approx. 50 nights.
