Maintenance
Sisters Republic menstrual pants are washable and reusable for many years. To maximize their absorbency, we recommend that you wash them once before use. To take the best care of them and to make them last as long as possible, we recommend :
To rinse your menstrual panties with cold water as soon as you remove it and this, until the water is clear.
To put your menstrual panties in machine program delicate 30°C with the remainder of your linen (promised, all will be well :-)), without softener, nor bleach. Ideally put your menstrual panties in a small net with linen to protect it like any underclothing.
Not to use a dryer but to let your menstrual panties dry in the open air.

Instructions for use | Depending on how heavy your period is and which absorbency level you choose (light, medium or super), your Sisters Republic underwear can completely replace tampons, pads, menstrual cup... or it can be used as additional protection. For example, if you suffer from heavy bleeding (copper IUD, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances...) and want a 100% leakage guarantee, you can put on the Sisters Republic briefs in addition to a cup or a tampon and go about your day in complete peace of mind. However, if you only have a normal to light period, you can use your Sisters Republic briefs alone for up to 12 hours at a time throughout your cycle without any leakage, odour or feeling of dampness. All you have to do is adjust the absorbency of your briefs to your current menstrual flow: Super for the beginning of your period, Medium for the middle of your period and Light for the end of your period.
