The handy mini fascia roller is small, lightweight, and can be used anywhere. It is suitable for self-massage of tension in small, sensitive areas of the body and muscle groups. The roller allows for targeted muscle relaxation in the forearms, upper arms, neck and shoulders, face and forehead, legs, and soles of the feet. It is ideal for connective tissue massage and can be used on the floor, table, or against a wall. With its optimized length, it is practical for on-the-go use, such as in the office. The dimensions are approximately 5.2 x 17 cm. The material is shape-stable EPP, recyclable, and odorless. The roller is dishwasher safe at 65 degrees and is made in Germany.
