Instructions for use
Is applied directly to the eyelids: - For a hint of colour: apply to the eyelid, then blend with your fingers. - For an intense look: Apply colour directly to the entire eyelid with the pencil. - For a graphic result: draw a line along the lash line with the XXL eyeliner.
