Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
1 double chamber bag contains 0.9 g dried and finely chopped mallow leaves. Box of 20 double chamber sachets in flavour protection packaging.
Instructions for use
As a tea: Adults and children aged 2 years and over take 1 cup 3 to 5 times a day and in the evening before going to bed, before, during or after meals. For external use: gargle several times a day with unsweetened tea, preferably warm. Pour boiling water over one tea bag per cup and leave the bag to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bag and gently squeeze it over the cup. Only use one tea bag per cup of tea and only sweeten your tea after you have removed the tea bag from the cup.
