Sesderma Acglicolic S - Moisturising Gel

Gel with keratolytic, comedolytic, and sebum-regulating action. Salicylic acid produces efficient exfoliation on the surface of the skin and inside the pores. It decreases the cohesion between corneocytes by acting on the intercellular spaces, altering the corneosomes that keep cells together. The comedolytic action is accentuated by the presence of glycolic acid, which has keratolytic properties and anti-aging effects. Glycolic acid stimulates the synthesis of collagen and dermal glycosaminoglycans, firming the skin and diminishing and softening fine lines and wrinkles. Hazel water provides astringent action, which is very useful for seborrheic skin, and niacinamide stimulates the synthesis of collagen and epidermal ceramides, regulating sebum lipids.
