Usage: Use once or twice daily after brushing your teeth. Rinse with your mouth closed for 30 to 60 seconds before spitting out. Do not swallow. Do not rinse your mouth with water afterward. For best results, it is recommended not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use.
