These microorganisms are naturally present in our intestines and combat the proliferation of harmful bacteria. Also known as "lactic acid bacteria", they are essential for the digestive process and live in symbiosis with our body.
They must be consumed in large quantities, as many of them are destroyed before they can colonise our intestinal flora. Our preparation supplies 18 billion of these microorganisms every day, as well as vitamins B2, B3 and B8, which help to maintain the mucous membranes in the cell walls.
