The Desmanol pure solution from Schülke is a ready-to-use, alcohol-based disinfectant that has been specially developed for hygienic and surgical hand disinfection. This solution offers comprehensive protection against bacteria, fungi and lipophilic viruses, including HBV, HCV, HIV and vaccinia. An outstanding feature of this disinfectant solution is the innovative active ingredient concept, which combines dexpanthenol and ethylhexylglycerine to protect and care for the skin. The formula is free of colourants and fragrances, making it particularly kind to the skin. Dermatological tests confirm its compatibility for all skin types. With a content of 500 millilitres, the Desmanol pure solution is ideal for use in medical facilities and at home. Effective against a wide range of microorganisms, including lipophilic viruses. Contains dexpanthenol and ethylhexylglycerine for additional skin protection. Dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types. Dye and fragrance free to minimise skin irritation.

Instructions for use
- Hygienic hand disinfection (EN1500): Rub 3 ml of desmanol® pure into clean, dry hands for at least 30 seconds. - Surgical hand disinfection: Rub a sufficient amount of desmanol® pure into the hands and forearms for 90 seconds.
