Schildkröt Massage roller

The self-massage roller made of EVA (length: 330mm, diameter: 140mm) was developed on the basis of the latest findings on the myofascial treatment of muscle complaints. It enables a targeted deep massage through a combined surface structure of knobs and surfaces. The special structure imitates the physical condition of the human hand and thus enhances the massage effect. The grid of depressions and different distances can also be used to change the intensity level. The roll is based on a hard inner roll and a soft outer roll.
