Click the button once to illuminate yellow light. Use the flat metal end on freshly cleansed, damp skin and gently massage over problem areas - the heat opens the pores and positively charged ions draw dirt to the surface of the skin. After 2 minutes, the device will buzz and indicate that the device is switched off. Click the button twice to switch on the blue light. Gently massage the flat metal end over the skin - ultrasonic vibrations and heat further loosen the impurities. The device switches off automatically after 2 minutes. Click the button three times to generate a white light. Turn the appliance over and attach the suction nozzle to start cleaning. Start at level 1 by gliding over the taut skin with continuous upward movements. The appliance switches off after 1 minute. Clean the suction nozzle after each use by rinsing it in warm soapy water. Please note: Move the suction nozzle continuously over the skin. Do not hold the device in one place, as this can cause bruising.
