Richard James Savile Row Cologne by Richard James is a fragrance that is so elegant and refined that it is already considered a classic. Richard James Savile Row is a complex aromatic fougère. It opens with a spicy, sparkling sharpness, featuring top notes of green tea, ginger, mandarin, bergamot, basil, petitgrain, and rosemary. The heart note presents a more floral character with notes of rose, tuberose, lily of the valley, coriander, cardamom, and lavender. The base note consists of oak moss, musk, amber, vetiver, sandalwood, tobacco, suede, and Indian patchouli, creating the warm, dark, and earthy finish you expect from a fougère. This fragrance has a moderate sillage and longevity. It was created in 2003 by perfumer Yves Cassar.
