Instructions for use | 1. Cleanse and dry the application area thoroughly before use. 2. 15-20 minutes before bedtime, pull 1-2 patches from the transparent protective film and apply carefully to a hairless region behind the ear or on the back of the neck. -- If you apply the patch to an area covered with hair, remove slowly using hot water. For external and single use only. Children under 12 years of age and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their doctor before use. Patches applied once must not be reused.
