Oxidant 3% Cream is a stabilized, cream-based developer for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. It was developed in addition to oxidant 3% liquid.
Its viscous consistency makes mixing with RefectoCil colours even easier. RefectoCil Blonde Brow may only be used with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream. The narrow dosing opening allows economical and exact dosing ? Tip: For those who prefer a liquid consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant liquid is also available. Both products provide the same brilliant colour result. Application: Preparation: Apply RefectoCil skin protection cream & eye mask and lash flakes or silicone pads according to instructions. Mix 2 cm color with 15-20 drops RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes. Leave on for 5?10 minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
