Oxidant 3% Cream is a stabilized, cream-based developer for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. It was developed in addition to oxidant 3% liquid. Its viscous consistency makes mixing with RefectoCil colours even easier. RefectoCil Blonde Brow may only be used with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream. The narrow dosing opening allows economical and exact dosing ? Tip: For those who prefer a liquid consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant liquid is also available. Both products provide the same brilliant colour result. Application: Preparation: Apply RefectoCil skin protection cream & eye mask and lash flakes or silicone pads according to instructions. Mix 2 cm color with 15-20 drops RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes. Leave on for 5?10 minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads.

Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth-20, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate.
Instructions for use
Mix 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% cream with 2cm of colour and stir the mixture into a creamy paste using the tinting stick. Use the paste immediately and follow the instructions for use for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colour. Important note: Only the use of RefectoCil 3%Oxidant in combination with RefectoCil colours guarantees the usual perfect colour result. Therefore, always use RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colours with RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or cream. Sufficient for approx. 200 applications.
