Unnatural form of B12 and folic acid
Unfortunately, like many food supplements, Elevit contains a form of folic acid and vitamin B12 that is not good for our bodies.
I'm talking about unmethylated folic acid and cyanocobalamin.
It is essential that we consume folic acid and vitamin B12 in methylated form in order for it to work properly. Every layperson and many medical professionals still don't know this.
Please find out about this; you can find all the information you need on the Internet.
You have to take methylfolate and methylcobalamin! Also find out about the methyl cycle in your body. Then you will understand why we need this vitamin in methylated form.

Elevit is good but the package was damaged!
We ordered 2 of them. Received it very fast (as always) but once when I opened the package one of the item was damaged and I didn’t get it why staff still send it out for customer! (And we paid full price) Luckily all pills inside itself are still ok. I am a fan of Galaxus because they shipping very fast but the staff off this department should work better.
