The particularly mild, nutty-sweet walnut oil makes this oil blend a true connoisseur's oil. This fine mixture is rich in omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid: 34.9 g per 100 g of oil). The abundant unsaturated fatty acids help maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. It supports a varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle. Carefully produced in the Rapunzel oil mill in the Allgäu region.
The walnut and flaxseed oils are gently pressed using the OXYGUARD process. The entire processing, from opening the shell to pressing and bottling, takes place without light, air, and heat. The mixing and bottling with chia oil is then done entirely under OXYGUARD protection, completely free from air and heat exposure.
