Raab Lady's mantle plus

Dietary supplement with plant extracts and powders, as well as iron, magnesium, zinc, biotin, coenzyme Q10, and vitamin C from acerola cherries. The recommended daily intake (3 capsules) includes extracts from 340 mg of lady's mantle herb and 25 mg of chaste tree fruit. The iron content contributes to normal red blood cell and hemoglobin formation. Natural vitamin C enhances iron absorption. Additionally, magnesium along with biotin supports normal psychological function. Biotin also contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and mucous membranes. Zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction.

Recommended intake: Take three capsules daily, preferably with or after a meal, with plenty of water.
