Raab Black garlic organic

Food supplement with S-allylcysteine from black garlic extract.
Raab Organic Black Garlic is obtained through a special process. Freshly harvested white organic garlic from Italy is stored at controlled humidity and temperature for a defined period of time. During this ripening process, the garlic turns black, and this coloration is reduced during the subsequent extraction process. During the ripening of the garlic, S-allylcysteine is produced. The volatile sulfur compounds responsible for garlic's odor and flavor are broken down. As a result, black garlic is largely neutral in taste and odor.

Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.
