I went to different places with the same request and had no success. For this reason, I opted for a different product. I didn't want an arsenal of glasses that I don't need. It's a shame really, because I was very happy with the Sonicare Diamond Clean.

You're not doing anything wrong. The toothbrushes are somewhat susceptible to damage. If you still have a warranty on it, send it in and you'll get a new one (we've already had to do this). We haven't had this exact problem yet, but we have had extreme noise and reduced performance. As long as this occurs during the warranty period, there are no problems with repairing/replacing. Nevertheless, the toothbrush is one of the best, as my healthy teeth, my DH and the dentist have confirmed time and again.

Yes, the electric brush comes with a travel charging case with an integrated USB-A charging port and a matching plug. This makes it easy to charge the toothbrush at home or when travelling. The only drawback with charging in general. It takes 24 hours from empty to 100%. However, this protects the battery when charging. When the battery is completely empty, it takes approx. 5 minutes to charge for a single brushing session. So you don't have to wait a whole day before you can brush your teeth again when the battery is completely empty.

This toothbrush is charged by induction, whereby the brush does not have to stand so precisely on the charging station (can be used with or without glass). In addition, the toothbrush only has a shallow depression on the underside. Therefore, I would say it is most likely not compatible with the charging station you describe.
